Visit Van Hall Larenstein Velp

Last week a group of 20 food technology students (third year) and teachers of the Van Hall Larenstein Velp succesfully visited Vaessen-Schoemaker.
This is an anual excursion, organised by Vaessen-Schoemaker, during which the students are being introduced into the theory of functional food ingredients and take part in workshops in our technical (bakery and meat) centers.

For the students an opportunity to combine theory and practice. For Vaessen-Schoemaker a way to get input on new insights and trends and keep in touch with future interns, colleagues and relations.
